For orders in the EU, we ship using PostNL and DHL. Most orders arrive 2-7 days after processing is complete and shipment notification email has been sent out. 

We are now excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders in The Netherlands. For other selected EU countries applies free shipping for all order above €75.  Other countries in the EU will have lower shipping cost when they spend €75 or more. 

We will provide your with a tracking number for your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, if this does happen please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve this issue.

For International orders we ship using DHL. Customers that live outside of the EU are responsible for any Duties/VAT that may apply.

Besides that, note that we do not ship to the Australia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Russia. 

The shipping costs will be applied at the checkout. At the checkout page, you can calculate how much the determined shipping cost are going to be.

It might be possible that you want to return your product. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We don't cover the shipping cost for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return adres, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return rules

  • If you want to return your order, please send an email to with subject: your order number + 'return'. We will reply with the return instructions.
  • Products must be unopened and undamaged. If the product is opened/damaged, we will not process your return and we can not give you  a refund. This is because CBD products are perishable.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging. 
  • We do not cover your shipping costs for returns.
  • After we've received your return and it meets all rules, you will receive your refund within 14 days to your bank account.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (maximum of 14 days).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
